Heather Bowling is the VP of Scientific Development at Epistemic AI, with over 20 years of experience researching rare diseases and biomarkers to advance new therapies for patients. She has multiple publications on the use of omics analysis to identify novel mechanisms of drug action and biomarkers for companion diagnostics and patient stratification.

Heather recently published a trend analysis on reasons for late-stage clinical trial failures and embraces the innovations AI brings to omics and drug discovery. She joined Epistemic AI to accelerate discoveries by unifying disparate data sources through intelligent platforms.
